BIMBILI wines are made in Racha, the highest altitude wine-making region in Georgia. It’s a family winery with 150 year-old background. Owner Vladimer Gurgenidze and wine-maker Davit Tamarashvili insist on using only rare indigenous grapes, harvested from aged vineyards, which guarantee rich varietal flavors and new experiences.Grapes are sourced from smaller vineyards owned by long-time friends, neighbors and relatives, which are managed by traditional agricultural methods, cultivated and harvest by hand.
